Find an item you like

Browse the catalog or news feed to find an item you’d like to buy.

Contact the seller

Tap Send Message to ask any questions about the item, or tap Make Offer to suggest a new price, or simply accept the price offered buy the seller. We advise you to check the dimensions of the model before buying it. If the seller’s wardrobe contains several items that interest you, you can consider buying a bundle. Be sure to use our secure messaging: never move the conversation outside of LOOP. Check seller ratings. See what other members have said about ordering from this seller.

Pay for your item

To pay for the chosen item, press the Buy button on the item announcement or in your conversation. You will be able to pay either via credit card, paypal, revolt or with your LOOP wallet if you have money in it.

Stay on LOOP for all communications and the purchase process. Only in this way can we protect you if something does not go as planned.

When paying:
Enter your address and phone number. Make sure the information entered is correct.

Select the payment method you prefer.
Choose a delivery location and shipment method (if you want to receive it at home or at the courier’s office) Tap Pay to confirm your order.
A Buyer Protection fee will be added to the item price. They will allow you to be reimbursed if the item is not delivered, is damaged or does not conform to its description at all.

Receive your item

The seller has 5 working days to send the item.
Delivery usually takes 5-7 business days. If it takes longer, don’t worry. Keep an eye on the order status on LOOP as well as tracking information, and keep in touch with the seller.
In most cases, you will be able to track the package in your conversation with the seller or in MY PURCHASES section.
