How to Upload a Listing Step by Step

Upload clear photos of your item (up to 5 images)

1. Add a title and a detailed description of your item
   • Do not add hashtags for unrelated brands in your item's description.
2. Select the most appropriate category for your item.
   • Choose the brand of your item. If your item has no brand, select "No Brand" at the bottom of the suggested brands list.
3. Select the actual condition of the item you are selling.
4. Set a competitive price for your item
5. Choose the appropriate parcel size.

A newly published item may be subject to an automated review to ensure it complies with the selling guidelines. This process usually takes up to 1 minute but may take up to 3 or 4 days in certain cases.

Duplicate Listings Are Not Allowed

Identical items cannot be listed more than once on Eloop. If you have multiple similar or identical items, consider doing the following:

• Create a single listing and mention in the description that you have 2 or more identical items available.
• If you have the same item in different sizes, include photos of the size labels for each item.
• If you have identical items in similar colors, take photos from different angles and include the color in the description. Make sure the photos are high quality and clearly show the item's color.

Tips for Listing Items

• You can select up to three materials in the listing form. If there are more, include them in the listing description. Check the item's care label for additional information.
• If the item includes manuals, safety warnings, or instructions for use, be sure to include them in the package.
• Consider uploading photos of the safety warnings found in the product instructions (such as age recommendations, weight limits, and maintenance warnings).
• Whenever possible, add photos of the CE marking for toys, personal protective equipment, electronics, or similar products to demonstrate EU compliance. You can find it on the product, in the user manual, or on the original packaging.
• Make sure your items are clean. We recommend washing or disinfecting them using a method appropriate for the item's material.
